Egg Waffle Steam = instant happy

I followed the smell and ended up at Mammy Pancake in Causeway Bay… danger 😭
Got an egg waffle and it came out puffy like a little cloud, still steaming.
I bit too fast (ouch) but the edge was sooo crispy, inside was soft-sweet.
Standing on the sidewalk like a gremlin, holding it with both hands, zero shame.
