I bit into the melon pan at Donguri Sapporo and the crust literally crackled 😳
It’s that sweet buttery smell that sticks on your fingers.
I stood there chewing like… ok this is why people line up.
The inside was warm and fluffy, like it just woke up.
I didn’t even talk for a minute. Just crumbs and silence.
